Teccon offers professional air barrier applications using fluid-applied, elastomeric membranes designed to improve energy efficiency, protect building envelopes, and meet high-performance construction standards. Applied using a cold spray system, our air barrier systems form a seamless, flexible layer that resists air leakage, water penetration, and vapour intrusion.

We use NaturaSeal's NS-A250 series, which includes both high-permeable (HP) and low-permeable (LP) formulations. These eco-friendly, VOC-free products are engineered for use on a wide range of surfaces including concrete, precast, steel, wood, insulation, and fibre board.
